Panel to discuss cloning

The Technology and Culture Forum and the Lecture Series Committee is sponsoring a discussion of the ethical and scientific implications of cloning on Tuesday, May 6 from 7-9pm in Rm 34-101.

The panel discussion will be moderated by Professor of Biology Jonathan King. Panelists will be Professor George Annas, chair of the Health Law Department at the Boston University School of Public Health; Karl Ebert of the Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine and founder of Midas Biologicals; and Ruth Hubbard of the Council for Responsible Genetics, professor emeritus of biology at Harvard University. A reception will follow the event.
