Quit smoking in 2008

The Center for Health Promotion and Wellness will offer an evening group for individuals seeking help quitting smoking. The class starts Jan. 9 and will run for seven consecutive Wednesdays from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. at MIT Medical (Building E-23). The sessions will cover preparation for quitting, coping skills and stress management techniques, and tips for preventing weight gain and living without tobacco. Advanced registration is required.
