The MIT Sociotechnical Systems Research Center invites you to its last fall seminar in the "Conversations on Sociotechnical Systems" series on Dec. 3 from 4:15-5:30 p.m. in Room E38-615. Light refreshments will be served.

Edivandro Conforto is a postdoctoral associate in the MIT Consortium for Engineering Program Excellence (CEPE). He will discuss some of the research challenges and results of the agility theory applied to product development projects in complex and fast-changing business environments. The research is based on a multi-year investigation to better understand which management practices, tools, techniques, and agility-critical factors are likely to contribute to agility performance. Key findings and insights stem from CEPE's recent Project Management Agility Global Survey, which garnered 856 respondents across 76 countries and 17 industry sectors.
